General Terms

Item Paid In full
If Item is paid for in full we will hold it at the shop for a period of time that the Customer and Fancy Shack agree on. If the item is not picked up on the agreed date, The Fancy Shack will try 2 times to reach the Customer. If the Customer does not respond, the items will be considered abandoned and put back on the market.
Deposit
If a deposit is given to hold a piece of furniture; The Fancy Shack and Customer will agree on a date for full payment, and pick up or delivery of the items. If the item is not picked up on the agreed date, The Fancy Shack will try 2 times to reach the Customer. If the Customer does not respond, the items will be considered abandoned and put back on the market.
Unfinished Furniture
The Fancy Shack has a procedure of preparing items according to our standards. Furniture is sold as-is and no changes are made after customer pays for the items. Any Changes made after/before/during purchase is at the discretion of The Fancy Shack.
Waitlist
The Fancy Shack will contact the waitlist customers at a first come-first serve basis. Items held at the shop are at Customers Risk . No refunds given for damage done to Pieces which are held. All Items Sold As-Is. No Refunds or Exchanges.
